First Impressions Corporate Disco Prices:

About Our Prices: The following
corporate disco prices are current. If a show is booked at a
current price and the price increases by the date of the event
then the price at the time of booking shall prevail.
ALL prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at the
time, which is set by the government.
We feel that our corporate disco prices reflect our commitment
and level of service and we know that good quality corporate
entertainment costs. When you look at the money spent on other
aspects of an event our fees are actually very reasonable.
YOUR entertainment is the focal point of your event
so it pays to get it right when booking your corporate disco.
People don't often mention the meal or many other aspects of an event, but they will mention the entertainment. The
right corporate disco can make or break your event. In fact
let us look at the cost of your entertainment in an entirely
different way ......
If you have a sit down meal with 100 people attending a simple crab cocktail starter may be costing £5.00 per head and that
is just a small part of the meal. When
you think you are probably spending £500.00 just on
starters and perhaps another £500.00 - £600.00
just on wine with the meal our cost is actually very small and we back
our corporate disco fees with our guarantee
(see right).
Pricing Schedule:
Booking Fee (Non Refundable):
£50.00 + VAT - This is required for ALL standard shows.
This amount will be deducted from the final amount due.
Basic Fee:
£500.00 + VAT - This covers a continuous 5 hour period
during the day or evening prior to midnight (such as 7.00pm
- Midnight or 6.00pm - 11.00pm)
Extra Hours:
£75.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof - Prior
To Midnight
£100.00 + VAT per hour or part thereof - After Midnight
Personal Planning Meeting:
£25.00 + VAT per hour - This is for clients
who would like us to have a face to face meeting at their
home or venue. This allows discussion of your corporate disco
details face to face and logistical planning for the day.
If at your venue we are happy to liaise with personnel there
to afford you the best show that we can, and to help create
an integrated plan.
Risk Assessments And Reports:
£100.00 + VAT - This covers the time spent visiting
a venue and analyzing potential risks. It also includes the
compiling of a report of the risk assessment for that particular
venue. Please note that travel fees will also apply to this
fee if the venue is outside Oxfordshire. In the case of temporary
structures or short notice bookings a risk assessment prior to an event may not be
possible. In such cases all reasonable safeguards
are assured.
Early Setup:
£75.00 + VAT - This covers the extra fuel and time required
as well as staff wages (No charge is made for setup directly
before the commencement of the show).
Karaoke:
£100.00 + VAT - This is an additional charge to add
karaoke to your corporate disco.
£200.00 + VAT - This is if you just want karaoke. If
having karaoke on its own the time period covered by the fee
is 3 hours continuous, extra hours are subject to the same
costs as per discos.
Travel - Outside Oxfordshire:
£75.00 + VAT per 100 miles (mileage is based on a round
trip so West London would be £75.00 +VAT as the journey
is approximated at 50 miles each way). There is no travel
charge for any booking taking place within Oxfordshire.
PA For Speeches:
£50.00 + VAT - This includes corded microphone, speakers
and amplifier. This is only available with
early setup option.
Radio Microphones:
£25.00 + VAT each - Radio microphones can be made available
for speeches or other uses at reception if required.
Christmas Eve And New Years Eve 2011:
Basic Cost £1000.00 + VAT for up to 5 hours continuous
(with a 1.00am finish New Years Eve), Extra hours £150.00
+ VAT prior to midnight £200.00 + VAT after midnight
(1.00am New Years Eve). Booking fee £150.00 (non - refundable),
Travel £100.00 + VAT per 100 miles, PA for speeches
£75.00 + VAT.
Large Corporate Events And Venues:
We can cater for very large corporate events and venues by
installing the equivalent of a mobile nightclub. This features:
- 8m x 10m Truss Rig (minimum 3m floor clearance required.)
- High Power Sound System
- Moving Head Lighting
- Lasers
- Modern Lighting Effects
- Starcloth
- Digital Lighting Control
An advanced system such as this requires an adequate, safe
power supply. 24 hours prior to and after the event to install
and remove, and a compliment of staff to operate the show.
