If The Client does not confirm the booking within this time period we reserve the right to accept other enquiries and/or bookings. Once a date is confirmed the non refundable deposit at the rate indicated in our pricing schedule shall become payable immediately and contracts for the booking shall be issued. Non receipt of/nor return of a signed contract shall not constitute a cancellation by either party. Cancellations may only be made in accordance with the cancellation terms and the deposit shall still be payable under any and all circumstances.

The Contract shall specify payment details, arrival time, and start time (The start time shall be the time that music commences). Contracts shall be issued by our parent company CEE Worldwide Entertainment Agency and their Terms Of Business shall also apply.
